for 2025:
High Season - April to September rates are:£85 Bed & Breakfast. Based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room.Single room are £60 per night bed and breakfast.Low Season - October to March rates are:£75 Bed & Breakfast. Based on 2 people sharing a double or twin room.Single room are £50pp per night bed and breakfast.Rates are based on a minimum of 2 nights stay.Prices for Family Room on request.Evening meal is an optional extra offering a 3 course table d'hôte menu inc Tea or coffee £20pp - 6:30pm
Terms & Conditions
Please read our terms & conditions:
* We are strictly a non-smoking establishment.
* The hotel does not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage or loss to possessions or vehicles or injury to any person or persons during there stay.
* Check-in is from 1 pm. Please call ahead of time if you wish to check-in earlier as your room may be ready earlier than 1pm. Also Please call ahead if your check in is later than 6pm as we do not have a 24hr reception
* Check-out is 10:30 am unless by prior arrangement.
* The hotel is not suitable for pets. (except assistance dogs.)
* Our parking facilities on the driveway is a first come first park basis, however there is free off road parking on the street as well.

Dinning room:-
* Breakfast is served from 8:30 am till 9:30 am.
* Evening meal 6:30pm. Pre-ordering is essential as we buy ingredients fresh.
* You should advise us on any food allergies at the time of booking and confirm in writing via e-mail.
Bookings and Payment:-
*A deposit to cover the first night stay is required when booking. (Not including dinner if applicable.)
* All extras must be paid on the day prior to departure.

Cancellations:-
* A full refund will be given if cancelled within 3 days of arrival excluding any credit card charges that may have been applied at the time of booking.
*If the cancellation is later than 3 days you will be charged.
*For longer stays or group bookings we advise taking out travel insurance.
